Terms & Conditions – Tour Booking

1. Booking and Confirmation
To confirm your tour reservation, please complete and submit our Tour Application Form.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We strive to maintain a fair and flexible cancellation policy.

Deposit Refund Policy

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the tour start date: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellation 15–30 days before the tour start date: 90% of the deposit will be refunded (10% retained as a cancellation fee).

Cancellation by the Company

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the tour for reasons within our control, a full refund of all payments received will be provided.

 

3. Traveler Responsibilities

To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful tour experience, travelers are kindly requested to:

  • Follow the instructions and guidance of the tour guide and tour staff at all times.

  • Respect local customs, traditions, and the lifestyles of Mongolia's nomadic communities.

  • Be adequately prepared for changing weather conditions and outdoor activities.

  • Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, medications, mobility concerns, or special equipment requirements.

  • Notify us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special meal requests before departure.

  • Pay all agreed tour fees within the specified deadlines.

  • Refrain from excessive alcohol consumption or any behavior that may disturb other travelers.

  • Treat guides, drivers, cooks, local hosts, and fellow travelers with courtesy and respect.

  • Arrive punctually for scheduled departures and activities.

  • Travel responsibly and help preserve the natural environment by avoiding littering.

  • Refrain from smoking inside vehicles or in other designated non-smoking areas.

  • Keep personal belongings, travel documents, passports, visas, and valuables secure at all times.

 

4. Our Responsibilities

We are committed to providing professional and reliable services throughout your journey. Our responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the tour services as described in the confirmed itinerary.

  • Providing experienced local guides familiar with the destination, logistics, and local conditions.

  • Maintaining vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition.

  • Informing travelers of any known risks, challenges, or safety considerations associated with the tour.

  • Being present at agreed meeting points and departure locations.

  • Notifying travelers of any significant itinerary changes as soon as reasonably possible.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes of domestic or international flights, trains, or other transportation services.

  • Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, including storms, floods, earthquakes, landslides, or wildfires.

  • Injuries, losses, or damages resulting from a traveler's negligence, failure to follow instructions, or voluntary participation in activities involving inherent risks.

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, luggage, travel documents, or valuables.

  • Acts of terrorism, political unrest, civil disturbances, government actions, war, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

  • Compensation for unused accommodations, transportation, meals, activities, or other services resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

6. Safety

The safety and well-being of all travelers are our highest priorities.

Our guides and staff are responsible for making decisions relating to safety and operational requirements throughout the tour. Travelers are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by the guide.

Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from a traveler's failure to follow safety instructions or from actions taken against the advice of the guide shall be the responsibility of the traveler.
