Jansaya Tegeshil

Jansaya Tegesshil is the Owner and Founder of Vacations Mongolia and has a lot of experience in the travel and service industry, especially in Western Mongolia.
 
She is also the Co-Founder of Sunny Med Hospital. Jansaya studied and trained at well-known places around the world, including the Fetal Medicine Research Institute at King’s College Hospital (UK), the National Centre for Maternal and Child Health, and the Health Sciences University of Mongolia.

Adya

Adya Shaimardan 

Adya Shaimardan was born near Dayan Lake in Bayan-Ulgii, Mongolia. He is an experienced tour guide with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. He worked for three years at The Golden Hind Restaurant in London, where he developed strong customer service and communication skills. Through this experience, he understands how to serve Western guests and meet their needs and expectations.

He is familiar with Western travel standards, including comfort, safety, food preferences, and service quality. Adya communicates clearly in English, explains local culture in an engaging way, and makes travelers feel welcome and comfortable. He is attentive, patient, and flexible, always ready to adapt itineraries to suit guests’ interests and travel styles.

With his background in both hospitality and guiding, Adya provides professional service, ensuring that Western travelers enjoy authentic cultural experiences while maintaining the level of care and organization they expect.

Khydyrbek Maulen

Khydyrbek Maulen was born in Sagsai Village in Bayan-Ulgii, Mongolia, in the heart of the Altai Mountains. Since 2023, he has been guiding international travelers, sharing his homeland’s landscapes, culture, and nomadic traditions with passion and pride.

 

He has strong experience in horse riding, mountain hiking, eagle training, and preparing traditional Kazakh cuisine, giving guests a truly hands-on cultural adventure.

In the evenings, Khydyrbek creates memorable moments by playing and singing on the dombra, the traditional Kazakh musical instrument.

 

His performances around the campfire offer travelers a unique glimpse into Kazakh heritage. With his deep knowledge of local customs, history, and the culture of Western Mongolia, Khydyrbek provides authentic, immersive experiences that connect travelers with the real spirit of the Altai.
