Terms & Conditions – Tour Booking

1. Booking and Confirmation

  1. To confirm your tour, you must fill out our Tour Application Form and pay a deposit of 500 USD per person, depending on the tour.

  2. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.

  3. After successful deposit payment, we will send a confirmation email.

  4. The balance of the trip must be paid at least one week prior to the tour start date. Failure to pay on time will be considered a cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply.

  5. No booking or contract will be valid until the deposit and completed booking form are received.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We have a flexible and reasonable cancellation policy:

Refunds:

  • One month before trip: 25% deducted of deposit.

  • Half month before trip: 50% deducted of deposit

After Full Payment:

  • Cancellations are accepted at any time, but fees apply as above.

  • If we cancel the trip for any reason, full refund will be provided.

 

3. Rules and Responsibilities of Travelers

For your safety and a smooth tour experience, you must:

  • Follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.

  • Respect local traditions and nomadic customs.

  • Be prepared for varied weather conditions.

  • Notify us of chronic medical conditions, medications, or special equipment before the trip.

  • Inform us of dietary restrictions.

  • Pay the agreed trip price on time.

  • Avoid excessive alcohol and disturbances.

  • Treat drivers, cooks, and local staff with respect.

  • Be punctual.

  • Travel responsibly and avoid littering.

  • No smoking in vehicles.

  • Keep personal belongings, passports, and visas secure.

 

4. Our Responsibilities

Our team will:

  • Provide the tour as booked and adhere to the agreed itinerary, start date, and timing.

  • Assign an experienced local guide familiar with the locations and logistics.

  • Ensure technical integrity of vehicles used in the tour.

  • Provide guidance on potential dangers and difficulties.

  • Be present at the scheduled meeting points.

  • Notify travelers of major changes before departure.

 

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Cancellation or delays of domestic or international flights/trains.

  • Weather conditions and natural events (storms, earthquakes, landslides).

  • Actions caused by traveler negligence or personal risk-taking.

  • Loss or misplacement of personal belongings.

  • Consequences of terrorist attacks, political unrest, war, or other events beyond our control.

  • Compensation for unused services, transport, or accommodations.

 

6. Safety

  • The guide prioritizes your safety and the safety of the group.

  • You must respect the guide’s instructions and follow rules for your own safety.

  • Any injury caused by disregard for instructions is the traveler’s responsibility.
